What is Lithora?
Lithora is a work-management platform built for engineering teams. It holds the work, the documents describing it, and the code activity around it in one place — and gives you an AI agent that can act on all three, but only with your approval.
The problem it addresses
A typical engineering team keeps its plan in one tool, its specs in another, its code review in a third and its status updates in a fourth. Nothing about that is neutral:
- Decisions get stranded. The reasoning lives in a chat thread; the ticket records only the outcome.
- Specs rot on contact with code. The document and the branch stop agreeing, and nobody notices until review.
- Status becomes a manual export. Someone spends Friday afternoon reconstructing what the tools already knew.
