Analytics & Insights

Everything Lithora knows about how your team is working, in one hub — throughput and cycle time, capacity and cognitive load, time reports, and the agent's own read on where work is stuck.

Cycle time tracks how long work takes from start to done — the trend and target line surface in Velocity as data accrues.

Where to find it

Open Dashboard → Insights. The hub is a set of tabs; the Analytics tab renders inline, and the others open their dedicated page.

Analytics

The full analytics dashboard, rendered inline in the hub. Completion, throughput, and project health across your team.

Capacity

Cognitive-load scoring and workload distribution — the answer to "are we overloaded?"

Time

Time entries, weekly and monthly reports, productivity, and the CSV timesheet export.

AI

Project summaries and bottleneck detection from the agent — insight you can turn into work in one step.

Graph

The cross-surface memory graph and semantic search — the context the agent reads, made visible.

Advanced analytics requires Scale

The analytics dashboard, the Velocity chart, and the whole Capacity surface run on the advanced analytics entitlement, which is included with Scale ($29 per seat / month) and with custom Enterprise plans. On Pro you get the hub and its navigation, and these panels show the upgrade path instead of data. The gate is enforced on the API too, so it cannot be worked around from the client.

Project health

Each project carries a health score from 0–100 combining four signals:

  • Completion rate: How much of the project's work is done.
  • Overdue work: Tasks past their due date that are not done.
  • Velocity: Completed work measured against what is still open.
  • Blockers: Blocked tasks apply a penalty to the score.

The score reads out as Excellent (80+), Good (60–79), At Risk (40–59), or Critical (below 40).

Capacity & cognitive load

Capacity scores your load from 0–100 out of four weighted components, then labels the result underutilized, optimal, high, or overloaded, with focus recommendations alongside it.

  • Task load: Your open To Do and In Progress tasks, weighted by priority — an Urgent task counts far more than a Low one.
  • Deadline pressure: Due dates landing within the next 48 hours. This component carries the heaviest weight.
  • Meeting load: Hours of meetings scheduled today.
  • Context switching: Distinct projects you have touched in the last four hours. One project is free; each additional one adds load.

Your score is yours

The Capacity endpoint returns your ownload and recommendations. There is no manager-facing rollup that reports an individual's cognitive-load score to someone else.
