How import works
1. Upload or connect
Drop a CSV export, or connect the source tool to pull issues directly.
2. Map columns
Match each source column to a Lithora field. Lithora auto-suggests the obvious mappings and shows a preview row.
3. Import & invite
Confirm the preview to create the work, then invite your team to pick up where they left off.
Safe by design
Imports are mapped and previewed before anything is written, and duplicates are de-duplicated on their source linkage so re-running an import won't create copies. If an import lands somewhere wrong, deletes are recoverable for 30 days — see Trash & restore.
Importing does not invite anyone
Bringing work across creates no memberships and adds no seats. Invite the people who will do the work as members, and stakeholders who only need to read as free guests.
