Storage Types
Personal Storage
Your private space for drafts, personal files, and work-in-progress. Only you can access these files unless you explicitly share them.
Team Storage
Shared storage for your team. Files uploaded to projects or shared folders are accessible by team members based on their permissions.
Storage Limits
Personal storage is allocated per seat; team storage is a shared pool that scales as you add seats. Both plans are billed monthly at a per-seat price — Pro at $10 per seat and Scale at $29 per seat.

Storage Add-ons
Share Links
Open a file and choose Share. There are two modes — pick based on whether the link needs to survive longer than the next few minutes.
Direct Download
A signed URL straight to the file. It expires in 5 minutesand carries no password or view limit — the right choice for “here, grab this now.”
Protected Share Page
A link to a verification page that checks your conditions before it hands over the download. Choose an expiry of 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, and optionally add a password or a maximum view count.
- View limits: Set the maximum number of views on a protected link — set it to 1 for a one-time handover. Once the count is used up the link stops resolving.
- Revoke anytime: Every protected link is listed on the file and can be revoked before its expiry. Revoking takes effect immediately.

Access Control
Permissions are inherited from the container:
- Task attachments: Accessible to anyone who can view the task.
- Project files: Accessible to the members of the team that owns the project.
- Personal files: Visible only to you, unless you create a share link.
- Guests: Read-only. A guest can open and download files they can see, but cannot upload, rename, or delete anything — and never consumes a billable seat.

Infrastructure
All files are stored securely using:
- Amazon S3: Durable, encrypted storage with 99.999999999% durability.
- CloudFront CDN: Fast global delivery with signed URLs for security.
- Encryption: All files encrypted at rest and in transit.
File deletion is immediate and permanent
