Dashboard Guide
Where everything lives, and the three or four moves that make the interface fast.
Interface overview
1. The sidebar
Primary navigation, on the left. Switch between teams and projects, and reach cross-cutting surfaces — whiteboards, automations, integrations, analytics.
2. The command palette
Press ⌘K (or Ctrl K) anywhere. Jump to anything, create work, run an automation, or hand a task to the AI agent without leaving the keyboard. See Command Palette.
3. The notification inbox
The bell in the top bar. Mentions, assignments, comments, agent approval requests, and — if you are an admin — access and join requests. See Notifications.
4. The profile menu
Account settings, two-factor authentication, theme, billing, and sign-out. Everything commercial sits under Settings › Billing.
Switching context
Teams
The team switcher at the top of the sidebar scopes what you see. Selecting a team filters the dashboard, search and project lists to that team's work, and your role can differ per team — admin in one, guest in another.
Projects and their views
Inside a project, the tabs across the top are all lenses on the same work: Overview, Board, Backlog, Timeline, Calendar, Tasks, Files and Integrations. Use Board for what is in flight and Timeline for what ships this quarter.
Finding something you deleted
Deleted work items and projects are not gone. The Trash lists everything you can still recover, newest first, for 30 days after deletion — with a restore action on each row. Guests cannot open it, because restoring is a write. See Trash & restore.
Data isolation
Nothing leaks between teams
